Al Milton began his own construction business in 1979. In the years since, it has grown into a true family operation — one built on a focused, hands-on approach where every customer is guided through each step of construction to ensure they get exactly the home they imagined.
We build the full range, too: from affordable, efficient new homes to fully custom, high-end estates — and we partner with investors building rental and spec homes across Marion County. Whatever the budget, the standards never change.

A.L. Milton
A graduate of the University of Florida, Al worked alongside an area contractor before founding A.L. Milton Construction in 1979. An active member of the Marion County Builders Association, he has entered the Parade of Homes every year since 1982 — earning awards and recognition many times over — was named the MCBA's Builder of the Year in 1991, and is a past president of the association.
Chris Milton
A State Certified Building Contractor and MCBA member, Chris serves as field superintendent and personally guides homeowners through every selection along the way. He is also a licensed Real Estate Sales Associate with the Ocala–Marion County Association of REALTORS, and graduated Magna Cum Laude from Florida State University with degrees in Business and Communication.
Bob Godbee
With 42 years in the industry and a degree from the University of Miami, Bob has overseen the construction of more than 2,500 homes across his career. He serves on the board of directors of both the Marion County Builders Association and the Florida Home Builders Association.
